Services

  • Complete skin exams / screening for skin cancer
  • Evaluation and management of conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, melasma, infantile hemangiomas, "birthmarks", keloid scars, skin infections, hair loss, nail problems
  • Treatment of warts and molluscum
  • Skin biopsies as indicated
  • Injections of intralesional triamcinolone for keloid scars, or for certain types of hair loss

Please note: 
In order to provide the best care possible, complete skin exams are scheduled as “their own” visit.  This is an important and detailed exam to screen for skin cancer.  Additional concerns must be addressed during a separate, future visit.  Thank you for your understanding.
 
If you are scheduled for a complete skin exam/skin cancer screening exam: 
  • Please remove all makeup or do not wear makeup to your visit.  
  • Please do not wear jewelry, or wear as little jewelry as possible.  
  • Please try to avoid recent application of self-tanner.  
  • Please remove, or refrain from applying, nail polish or artificial nails.  
  • Please do not use hairspray or stiff gel as this can make it difficult to part your hair.
  • If you or your spouse or family member has an area of concern, please either photograph or circle this spot before the appointment so we can make sure to evaluate it.
